After you clean up from a long day at the beach, it’s time for a night out on the town. Looking for some live music to dance the evening away? We have plenty of options for you!
Every Sunday at Gulf Place, enjoy the summer concert series at the amphitheater. Each week, a new band plays from 5pm-8pm for free on the lawn. Grab a blanket or lawn chair and head to Gulf Place for the weekly fun. Finish off the evening with some ice cream at Sunrise Coffee Shop or a pizza at Pizza by the Sea to take back to your 30A vacation rental .
For a more intimate setting, try 30A Songwriter Radio coffee shop. Tuesdays are Open Mic night, Thursdays are Local

What do you get when the hottest musical artists perform on the coolest beaches in Florida? The 30A Songwriters Festival! Set for January 13th through the 16th, 2017, this festival draws over 175 artists to perform in a variety of venues throughout 30A. Amphitheaters, town halls, restaurants, theaters, bars and covered patios are transformed into unique music venues. An exciting line-up of performers and hot spots has been released! One of the best things about a beach community is all the outdoor events. When the weather is warm, people come together for fun in all sorts of activities. The 30-A area is lucky to have plenty of options to choose from this summer. From Farmers Markets to ArtWalks to outdoor concerts, we have lots to keep us busy. The Gulf Place shopping center is located on the corner of 30-A and Highway 393 directly across from beach access. The 26th Annual ArtsQuest Fine Arts Festival will be held in Grand Boulevard on May 9th-11th. Beginning on Monday, local galleries will participate in “Gallery Nights” each night before the festival. Special parties will be held and open to the public. On Friday from 8pm-11pm, there will be an “After Hours Beach Bash” on the Grand Park lawn with drinks, food and live music. Northwest Florida looks forward to the Songwriters Festival each year and will not be let down January 17th-19th. Hit songwriter Joe Leathers calls the event “the Sundance of songwriter festivals” and tickets sell out fast. Move over Nashville because on January 17th South Walton presents the 5th Annual SongWriters Festival!
