Whether you're hitting the shore with friends or family, Sunrise 2001 has a lot to offer - including bright, tropical decor, tile floors, and an open floor plan for easy socializing.

This spectacular end unit has everything you need for a relaxing vacation right on the Gulf. The kitchen is open and spacious with granite counters and seating for two at the island bar. After a relaxing meal, unwind in the living room. The leather love seat and sofa both recline for maximum movie-night comfort and the 54 inch flat screen TV is the perfect place to screen those films you've been meaning to watch. The condo sleeps 7 comfortably between 3 bedrooms. In the master suite, you'll find a king bed and sliding glass doors to the balcony; perfect for stepping out to enjoy the fresh sea air. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, dual-vanity sinks, and a corner jetted tub. The 2nd bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a twin futon, and a 32 inch TV. The adjacent bathroom has a tub shower combination. A third bedroom features a queen bed and a 32 inch flat screen TV. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a tub/shower combination.

Sunrise Condominiums
As a guest of the Sunrise Condominiums, you'll be treated to an array of amenities as part of your reservation, including two pools, a hot tub, and private beach access. You're centrally located, too, within walking distance of Panama City Beach's best shopping, entertainment, and dining. Go for a swim in one of the two sparkling pools (heated seasonally), soak in the hot tub, or laugh with the kids in the water play area.

You're centrally located, within walking distance of shopping and dining. For a meal on the Gulf, try Sharky's Beachfront Restaurant (4-minute walk). And for a taste of local seafood favorites, head to Runaway Island (6-minute walk). For family-friendly fun, ride go-carts or play a round of mini golf at the Hidden Lagoon Race Track (8-minute walk). Explore the tropical gardens, watch a shark feeding, or catch the dolphin show at Gulf World Marine Park (9-minute walk). Nearby Pier Park offers dining, shopping, and amusement rides. Enjoy a movie at The Grand Theater, or play games at Dave and Busters. All are a 5-minute drive.

Sunrise Parking Fee
A one-time fee of $20 per vehicle will need to be paid separate from the reservation. This fee is paid directly to the HOA. This is strictly enforced.

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Our family went to the beach for Thanksgiving. The rental was beautiful & was well stocked for all our needs.The view is amazing and it is centrally located to area attractions, shopping & restaurants. The management company gave us everything we needed to make check in easy and were very responsive when we had a question. We were extremely pleased.

We stayed in this condo for our family Thanksgiving! The condo has an amazing wrap around deck with complete gulf front views. The unit is beautiful, well decorated and stocked with everything needed on vacation. We liked that it was centrally located by Pier Park & local shopping. It was easy to check in & out and we had a quick response from management when asking a question. Definitely will stay here again!

Comfortable and Hassle-Free Vacation

Loved the wrap-around balcony and three bedrooms, each with its own bath and TV, so there was plenty of space for everyone. Property, surroundings, pool and path to beach were clean, elevators always worked and we never had a long wait for one, never a problem parking or finding luggage carts upon check-in or check-out. Lots of hot water, good water pressure, cold air and great wifi.

Great condo with a great view!

Our condo was nice and clean and really spacious and we loved the larger balcony. The location of the condo is in a great location close to several restaurants and pier park.

Very good getaway

The condo is spacious, The king size bed couldn't have been better it was very comfortable. the walk in shower was an extra perk. I would say I really can't complain about anything. If I lived there full time I would install a more quiet dish washer, but understand an open concept is going to be louder. If you need the room and need a good restful stay this is it.
