ABOUT THE HOME
Whether you want to craft a seafood feast or just brew a pot of coffee, the updated kitchen has everything you need. Open and spacious with granite counters, you'll feel right at home here. Two can sit at the island bar to chat with the chef.
After a relaxing meal, unwind in the living room. The leather love seat and sofa both recline for maximum movie-night comfort and the 54 inch flat screen TV is the perfect place to screen those films you've been meaning to watch.
The condo sleeps seven comfortably between three bedrooms. In the master suite, you'll find a king bed and sliding glass doors to the balcony; perfect for stepping out to enjoy the fresh sea air. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, dual-vanity sinks, and a corner jetted tub.
The second bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a twin futon, and a 32 inch TV. The adjacent bathroom has a tub shower combination.
A third bedroom features a queen bed and a 32 inch flat screen TV. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a tub/shower combination.

THE LOCATION
As guests of the Sunrise Condominiums, your group will enjoy perks like a gym and seasonal activities. Go for a swim in one of the two sparkling pools (heated seasonally), soak in the hot tub, or laugh with the kids in the water play area. Best of all, you'll have private beach access, making it a snap to go back and forth throughout the day.
You're centrally located, within walking distance of shopping and dining. For a meal on the water, try Sharky's Beachfront Restaurant (4-minute walk). And for a taste of local seafood favorites, head to Runaway Island (6-minute walk).
For family-friendly fun, ride go-carts or play a round of mini golf at the Hidden Lagoon Race Track (8-minute walk). Explore the tropical gardens, watch a shark feeding, or catch the dolphin show at Gulf World Marine Park (9-minute walk).
Nearby Pier Park offers dining, shopping, and amusement rides. Enjoy a movie at The Grand Theater, or play games at Dave and Busters. All are a 5-minute drive.
