Sip your coffee in the morning on the porch and in the evening you can grill up an amazing meal. Retreat to the cozy bedroom after a long day soaking up the Florida sun on the beautiful beach. And the beach? You're just a few minutes' walk to the soft sands of Laguna Beach.

BEACH ACCESS
Head down south on Broderick, turning left onto Delmar Dr. Then turn right onto Malaga where it will end at your beach access, point for Laguna Beach.

You’re less than 10 minutes from Pier Park, with lots of shopping, dining, and entertainment options and 10 minutes to Inlet Beach and Rosemary Beach. You get to experience everything Scenic 30A has to offer for a FRACTION of the cost of staying in Rosemary, WaterColor or Seaside.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
