There will be an additional one time fee between $75.00 - $105.00 depending on the number of bedrooms. This fee is for the parking passes and wristbands for the entire party, for the entire stay, and is paid directly to the HOA, separate from the reservation. Guests must pre-register online, with the names, ages, and vehicle make and model before the check-in date. The passes and wristbands will need to be picked up at the front desk of the complex at time of check-in. A link to the registration portal will be emailed upon confirmed reservation.

PER THE HOA RULES: The Primary guest must be 21 and present, in order to reserve the unit. Anyone under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
