Villa La La is an excellent option with all the needed amenities for large families. The property is in a great location that is quiet, steps from the beach, and within walking distance of many great restaurants and shops, including Dough Sea Dough Donuts, Turbo Coffee, Local Cantina, and The Salty Butcher. To top it all off, Benchmark Management did an excellent job communicating throughout the entire process and providing all of the information we needed to make the check in and check as seamless as possible.

This house was everything we were hoping for: perfect location, close to the beach and town square, spacious, clean and fun! Pool, porches, grill, kitchen and dining items. Management company was great with timely communication. It was perfect, highly recommend!

Perfect for our family!

This home was perfect for our spring break trip. It was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen was well stocked, dining table was large enough for our group and the pool was heated upon our arrival. The bedrooms accommodated our group perfectly. We also loved all of the porches and decks for morning coffee and evening cocktails. When we did need to contact Benchmark with questions, they resolved them quickly. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great House and Location

The house is exactly how it was described and pictured. I bit more of a walk to the beach than the most direct boardwalk across the street, but still not too bad. The beach attendant was horribly rude though (like most private beach attendants trying to sell you 'first row' chairs and umbrellas). That was the only downside; Otherwise - a great time for two families!

Perfect Place for Our Family Vacation

We absolutely loved this place! The location was absolutely wonderful. Tucked behind the main road and so close to the beach access and streets you could walk on with a stroller and a kiddo on a bike. This was the highlight of our mornings and evenings to go on walks. It was so quiet. There wasn't much occupancy immediately around us so that kept things tranquil.
For a family with three small children (ages 5,2 and 1), the trek to the beach was actually quite pleasant. The landscaping on the walk gives you an established neighborhood feel so you are already feeling relaxed on your way there. There was a small flight of steps to get down to the beach but nothing we couldn't handle (even with a wagon full of stuff). The beach itself wasn't packed and it was beautiful. There was a small lagoon down the way the kids played in for a day. That was great when the tides were strong in the ocean.
The house was a perfect layout for us. We have small kids and having normal door openings for baby gates helped a ton. The bedrooms were great! Plenty of space for us all. Our daughter loved having one of the the bunk rooms all to herself.
The only requests we would have would be to have more lounge furniture on the back porch, like a couch and coffee table. A latch for the back porch screen door (looked like it might have had one at one point). And lounge chairs for pool that you can lay on. No complaints though. Everything was great!
We absolutely loved this place!
