This beautiful, one-of-a-kind home located in Grove By The Sea can sleep up to 12 guests. Starfish Wishes is a modern, renovated cottage that will be a wonderful, family-friendly vacation home. You'll love the front and back outdoor living spaces. Located just a short 4/10 of a mile from the gorgeous, white-sanded Seagrove Beach, you’re only just a short walk or bike ride from the Gulf!

The main living area is bright and wide open with a large sectional framing the entertainment area. There is a dining table with seats for 8 plus an additional 4 seats at the kitchen peninsula. Enjoy cooking in the modern kitchen while still being a part of all the action in the open concept space. The laundry room offers plenty of storage. Head out to the back yard where you'll find a large outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off sand from your beach day. Relax in front of the outdoor fireplace in the cooler evening hours. Have an outdoor movie night, BBQ feast, or roast some s'mores. Your options are endless.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Bedroom 1: King master suite with TV and walk-in closet. Private bathroom with dual sinks and large shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed and TV. Shares full hallway bathroom.
Bedroom 3: 2 sets of Queen-Over-Queen bunk beds and TV. Private bathroom.

Head back out of the neighborhood and down N. Andalusia Ave., follow this road across 30A and you’ll find your beach access.

GROVE BY THE SEA
As its name implies, The Grove by the Sea neighborhood is a peaceful, tree-lined community located directly across from the beautiful emerald beaches of South Walton. Beach access is an easy walk from the home, and there are 2 private neighborhood pools, plus a tennis court. Its proximity to nearby beach villages Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Watersound, Alys and Rosemary make it an ideal location for all that 30A has to offer.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
