We had a great experience. The house was very clean and just as described. The neighborhood pool is almost as far as the beach, but the beach is very close (so neither are very far). We loved the pizza place around the corner.

Love Southern Breeze

loved staying at Southern Breeze...and will stay here again ! The upstairs bathroom had a dirty wet towel hanging behind door and sheets on guest bedroom had some hair on them ....but was easy to fix just throw them in the washing machine. Again we loved the place and give it 5 stars and will be back to stay here again !!!!

Great Location, clean and well-laid out property

Rental was just as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place was perfect for a family of 5. It was just a short walk down the road to the beautiful beach. The wagon, umbrella, and beach toys provided in the outside bin were much appreciated. New umbrellas may need to be invested in soon, as they seemed to be on their last legs. The bunk room is cute. It was comfortable for no more than 2 kids even though there are 4 beds in it. 4 would have been quite crowded in there. My 2 loved it though. The location is great. I recommend renting bikes, because there are plenty of places to shop and eat within biking distance along the bike trail. We rode bikes a lot. We rented from
Vacayzen, but I don’t know if I would recommend using them. A kid’s bike was delivered completely broken and they weren’t going to be able to come back to fix it/exchange it until the second day/evening. My husband ended up bending the gears and spokes back into place with a wrench we brought, and we just rolled with the original bike that was delivered. It worked out. The beach chairs provided at this unit are pretty broken up, so we decided to rent those from Vacayzen too. We rented backpack chairs but we didn’t get what we rented. The ones we got were pretty old, dirty tailgate chairs. There were dirty clothes zipped up in the pocket of one of the chairs, so I imagine they weren’t cleaned. As previously mentioned, consider a different rental place. There are tons. This unit is great for those that like to eat out or order takeout. It’s not conducive to cooking big meals. We do lots of big breakfasts and dinners. Cooking in this kitchen was a bit of a challenge. Cookware is not up to par and the range is tough to even cook bacon on. I recommend bringing your own cookware if you plan on cooking a lot. All that being said, I can’t say enough about how great this vacation was. The location is awesome and the beach that this unit

Best House in Seagrove

This property is absolutely phenomenal. Perfect location on a 1 way in and out street which is great for kids. Super short walk to beach and everything around. Couldn’t have gotten a better location. The house is as amazing. Great water pressure and super clean and up to date. Lots of space and open floor plan. We will definitely be back here and have already sent info to quite a few friends who asked for it.
Benchmark Mgmt was also very friendly and helpful and made checking in and out a breeze.

Location and proximity to the beach and pool are great. For informational purposes, the walkway to the beach does have a lot of steps (around 30 - 3 flights). There is also a company to rent chairs from on the beach (Vacayzen does not offer beach chairs for this house, only backpack chairs). The house itself is a great place, I just have a few suggestions to help bring it to 5 stars! In the bathroom downstairs it would be nice to have towel rack with a hand towel to dry your hands off after washing. There's only a hook on the back of the door. The bathroom upstairs has a rack hung on the shower head, you cannot put your toiletries on this because they fall off when the rack falls to the front of the shower head. It would be nicer to see shelves in the shower for this reason to put toiletries on instead of having to place them on the floor of the shower. A door mat to wipe feet before entering the house would be nice. Better storage in the bunk room closet (something similar to the guest bedroom closet would be great). Trim the tree next to parking area so branches do not poke you in the face trying to get out. And lastly, the back yard needs the most help. It needs to be cleaned up/fixed up and made more inviting. Overall this place is a great place to stay and we were all very happy with our stay!

Inside the property was very clean and nicely decorated. Problem inside; the dryer does not work well,have to play with the timer for it to come on.Outside the property;wooden entry steps need repair,porch swing needs repair/replaced,the grill(which is no big deal to me)was really dirty,outside shower had old shampoo and soap from former guest.The property next door was being used as home base for construction crew,noise,blocking part of our driveway,sleeping in their truck.I don't think this is what anyone cares to see on vacation.

We rented this house for the double bunk bed room, as I was traveling with three 14 year old girls. Although the that room was very small, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The distance to the beach was great. Most of all, me, my adult son, and my husband loved the front porch rocking chairs. We spent every evening out there. I would stay there again.

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home & location! We loved the wrap around porch, lots of coffee in the morning and wine at night it was perfect! There was seven of us my husband & I, our three teenage children and my parents, plenty of room. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook with. Loved the shower in the backyard to clean off the sand. Beach was super close, actually it’s a nice walk! The convenient store “Tom Thumb” around the corner was perfect to grab bags of ice/snacks to put in your ice chest on your way to the beach. We all rode bikes to seaside which was only a little less then 2 miles. Wonderful vacation home!

Beautiful beach house

The house was extremely clean and is beautifully decorated with a beach theme. The only item that was not clean was the grill as there was some BBQ sauce on the side counter piece. The house is also located in easy walking distance to the beach; however, you do have to cross the busy 30A hwy to get there. This is not so negative to the property because almost all houses in the area are located across the hwy. We were about to walk to several local restaurants including a donut shop and a southern style restaurant, which were both delicious. We brought bikes and biked west toward Seaside and enjoyed a beautiful afternoon there too.

We had a wonderful time in this seagrove home! The access to the beach and bike path was so great it provided us with a very relaxing family vacation with minimal need to use our car! Something we enjoyed very much as we sit in traffic every day in our real lives! The house itself is so cute, perfect family retreat.

My friends came down from Mass. and have never been to this coast of Florida. They fell in love with the home, location, bikes, restaurants, beaches (especially) and the general vibe. The home was spotless. Only recommendation I have is for baskets to be installed on the bikes.
