SeaTreat is a fully renovated beach cottage on a quiet street south of 30A. Enjoy the vibe of a classic beach neighborhood that is perfectly located in the heart of Seagrove within walking distance to the beach, Eastern Lake, restaurants, and shops. The property is 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and sleeps 8. There are 2 beach accesses included with SeaTreat - one less than a 3-minute walk, the other 4 minutes. Relax on the large front porch under string lights. We welcome you!

On the 1st floor of this home you'll find 2 living areas, one with a queen-sized futon. There's a large Smart TV in each living area for your entertainment needs. The chef in the group will love the fully stocked kitchen, including beverage fridge and ice machine (perfect to fill coolers for your beach day).

The dining area seats 6, plus there's an extra table in a living area that seats 4. Also on this 1st floor you'll find a full guest bathroom and the laundry area. All 3 bedrooms of this home are upstairs.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
1st Floor, Living Area: Futon pulls out to a queen bed. Shared guest bathroom with shower.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 1: King bed, Smart TV and desk area. Private bathroom with dual sinks and tub/shower combo.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: King bed, Smart TV.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: Twin-over-twin bunks and twin bed, Smart TV.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.

OUTSIDE
Large front porch with plenty of seating and enclosed outdoor shower and convenient foot washing station at the front of the house. The grill area features a charcoal grill and 2 Adirondack chairs.

BEACH ACCESS
Head down south on Dalton Dr. St to Eastern Lake Road. Turn left (east) and this road will end at your beach access at Eastern Lake. For an easier access without the Eastern Lake outfall, you can also walk further down Eastern Lake Road to Ramsgate Beach Access.

SEAGROVE BEACH
Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer! Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right around the corner from the neighborhood. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
