Greeting you at the home will be a large porch adorned with 4 Adirondack chairs, perfect for that morning cup of coffee. Inside is approximately 1700 square feet with an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining. Featured in the living space is a 55" HDTV along with a music sound bar. SandBox has a fully-stocked kitchen with plenty of counter space. Also on the main level is a king bedroom with a TV, and plenty of storage.

The 2nd level of the home includes 2 additional bedrooms, the larger featuring a king bed, sitting area with TV, and access to the private screened-in porch which provides sweeping views of the tree-lined neighborhood. A great venue for an evening cocktail! The 2nd bedroom upstairs has a full and a twin bed, and ample closet space.

The home is nestled up against a forest, its enviable location allowing for maximum privacy and the least amount of neighborhood through-traffic. On a quiet afternoon relax in the two-person hammock with your favorite book or loved one.

Head down Cullman and out to Andalusia Ave. and follow this road across 30A and you’ll find your beach access.

GROVE BY THE SEA
As its name implies, The Grove by the Sea neighborhood is a peaceful, tree-lined community that is located directly across from the beautiful emerald beaches of South Walton. Beach access is an easy walk from the home, as are two private neighborhood pools, and a tennis court. Its proximity to nearby beach villages Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Watersound, Alys and Rosemary make the SandBox an ideal location for all that 30A has to offer.

Enjoy a free credit toward rental gear with each booking to use on various items such as bikes, beach bonfires, tours/experiences and much more! Credit amount varies based on the size of the property and the length of stay. Certain restrictions, exclusions and limitations apply.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
