Our Seaside

Our Seaside is modern beach retreat in Seagrove with a beautiful private pool. This home is tucked away in a tree lined residential area between 30A and Eastern Lake. It includes 3 bedrooms, a sleeping loft, 3 full bathrooms + 2 half bathrooms. You can be at the beach in just a few minutes' walk or bike ride - with your rental you'll also get 4 bikes!

Our Seaside greets you with a warm and inviting living space full of coastal touches and navy accents. The living area features a comfortable sectional - prime seating in front of the large. There's plenty of seating for breakfast or dinner with 8 seats at the table and an additional 4 at the kitchen counter. Extras in the kitchen include a Crock-Pot, Instant Pot and an air fryer!

At the back of the home you'll find the bunk room with doors to the backyard. The backyard is the showstopper of this home. The beautiful private pool will make Our Seaside your favorite 30A destination. Splash around or grab a lounger. Enjoy cooking up a BBQ feast on the gas grill. Wash off any sand from your beach day in the private outdoor shower.

After a day of fun in the sun you can head upstairs to the other 2 bedrooms, both with private bathrooms and private balcony access (wait until you see the shower in the master bedroom!). Nothing beats enjoying your morning coffee outside when you're on vacation. The 3rd floor bonus area has room for 2 guests. This room enjoys access to the roof deck where you'll find soaring views of Seagrove.

This home also features a blue light sterilizing system within the HVAC system - effectively sterilizing nearly 100% of germs, viruses, mold, bacteria and other harmful microorganisms as they pass through the system. We know you'll have a comfortable and relaxing stay at Our Seaside.

1st Floor, Bedroom 1: Full-over-full bunks with twin trundle. TV and backyard access; shares guest bathroom.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: King bed, TV and queen sofa sleeper. Private bathroom, balcony access.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: King bed, large TV, seating area. Private bathroom, balcony access.
3rd Floor, Bonus Space: 2 custom built-in twin beds, TV and private roof deck access.

BEACH ACCESS
From Brown Street, head east on Eastern Lake Rd and you'll run directly in to the Eastern Lake Beach Access.

SEAGROVE BEACH
Hop on the 19-mile bike/walking trail that parallels 30A and enjoy quick access to Seagrove's restaurants and shopping or head west to enjoy all that Seaside has to offer. Surrounded by state parks and dune lakes, there are no shortage of options for outdoor enthusiasts. Discover Deer Lake, 3 miles from your doorstep. Eden Gardens State Park is just over 4 miles away. Head over to Grayton Beach State Park - it's just 4.5 miles down 30A past Seaside and across Western Lake.

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
