This home is the ultimate family retreat, tucked away off 30A in a quiet secluded setting, but so close to all the fun and activities you want on your beach vacation. There are plenty of outdoor options to enjoy a few Gulf breezes and you're just a 3-minute walk to the beach.

This home can sleep up to 14 with 4 bedrooms. The 3rd floor includes an amazing porch with sectional and is right outside the master bedroom. The master bedroom also offers a private balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee.

The 1st floor main living area is cozy and comfortable with plenty of room to gather for special vacation meals. Cuddle up on the sofa to enjoy a movie night. There is a convenient king bedroom on this floor with easy access to the hallway full bathroom. The kids will love the one-of-a-kind bunk room with plenty of room to sleep several kiddos.

Right up the road at Camelot Lane you can enjoy a relaxing day by the subdivision's pool. A great space to lounge in the sun! Or if you want to dip your toes in the sand, you're just a 3-minute walk to the beach access.

3rd Floor, Bedroom 4: King bed with private bathroom, sitting area and private balcony plus kitchenette.

Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. The coastal villages of Seaside, Grayton, and WaterColor lie within a mile or two to the West, while Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and WaterSound lie a few miles East. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer!

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
