This is a great place, very affordable and in a very good location. The management company was beyond great, especially that we had a more delicate situation where our previous accommodation didn't work and we needed to find something urgently, they were very helpful.
My only concern about this unit was the pretty soiled carpet from the bedrooms and the area rug in the living room, other than that very nice place with very comfy beds.

We have taken your comments regarding the carpet and rugs into account and will pass them on to the proper parties; as such these should not be an issue for furture stays. Nice condo

kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans, coffee pot, toaster, etc.
Great location, walk out to pool and 1st floor.
Received text from one number and couldn't respond had to use different number. Made it a little difficult. instructions came to one, then used other to text. Said number no longer used, but kept getting text from number.
Only draw was room had trash on floors partially under bed and dresser. Master bathroom had not been cleaned well. toothpaste still in sink.
Over all very nice. Would have like to have had extra blanket/throw...thin bedspread. I Just like covers.

Lovely Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. The location was convenient to the beach we like to drive to and many awesome restaurants. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and the washer/dryer came in handy. We felt safe in the area. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends.

Great condo!

The condo was perfect for our family. The pool was quiet and just steps away from the back door. It was a great location and the complex was great. The only complaint we had was that the windows did not have curtains up and the front bedroom was very bright first thing in the morning. It was clean and freshly updated. The kitchen was well stocked and close to the Walton Dunes Beach Access.

Last minute vacation before back to school

The condo was very clean and very functional with lots of storage for items. We liked having the pool right outside our room. Overall, it was great. Things to keep in mind... The beach is a pretty long walk away with parts not having a sidewalk. With children, this was something that played a factor for us. We had a wagon to pull our beach stuff with. The other thing was dealing with people above that you could hear all their rustling and footsteps/kids running. If you want to shop and get parking, it was a bit of a chore. The local areas near the beach charged for parking and there were a lot of people. One day we drove to Panama city and there is much more shopping opportunities there. We went to Destin twice to do activities there and eat. We have stayed at a lot of different places along this area of the gulf and this was the clearest water we have ever seen. We seen lots of stingrays in the morning and dodged jellyfish in the afternoon. Overall, it was a great time, but in the future since we have kids we would probably stay closer to more activities.

We are sorry to hear that you all felt you had to go to neighboring cities for family events but staying here does place you in between Panama City and Destin, should you like to go to larger theme parks but not have to stay in those larger and ultimately busier cities. Nice condo

Nice condo, right next to the pool. Appears to be newly renovated. Well-stocked kitchen, and the furniture and beds were really comfy. Location is quiet and feels secluded but it is quite a walk to the beach, so bikes or cart would be preferred. Management company is hard to get hold of if you happen to have any issues. I had some small ones and they were non-responsive. Not a deal breaker as the issues were small, but still...

Cute, Crisp, and Clean

This place was exactly like the pictures. It was cute, crisp, and clean. They had all the dishes and things you would need for cooking. They even had a toaster! It is in good location and not to far from the beach. Benchmark was also amazing! I was able to text with them about any issues or concerns in real time. They also had an application that had good information and reminders about the property. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay not only because the beach is my happy place but my bed slept amazing! You definitely should book this place if you are in Destin :) I look forward to coming back and trying other Benchmark properties!
