This modern retreat is nestled in the trees backed against some of the oldest magnolias on 30A. With a beautiful kitchen that shares an open living and dining area, it makes it the picture-perfect space for entertaining your whole group.

Enjoy 5 decks for easy outside access plus a beautiful patio with grilling and seating areas + fire pit. You're surrounded by lush tranquil woods in the amazing outdoor spaces. Rinse off after your beach day at the outdoor shower with both hot and cold water.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS - SLEEPS 14
1st Floor Bedroom 1: (off Garage): Queen bed, Smart TV and private bathroom with shower. Mini fridge, microwave, coffeemaker.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Smart TV and separate entrance to shared guest bathroom with tub/shower combo.
2nd Floor, Living Room: Sofa pulls out to a queen bed.
3rd Floor, Bedroom 3: King bed, 55" Smart TV and private balcony. Private bathroom with jetted tub and large shower.
3rd Floor, Bedroom 4: 2 sets of 3-tiered twin bunks, Smart TV. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Located near Eastern Lake, this is the perfect location for easy walking access to both Ramsgate & Eastern Lake Beach access just 2 blocks away, right past the community swimming pool. After a day at the beach or pool, enjoy a family dining experience at Bud & Alleys or Old Florida Fish House just minutes away. Looking for more activities? Take a bike ride into Seaside or enjoy hiking the miles of trails inside Point Washington State Forest.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
