Welcome to Hill 22, a meticulously maintained Gulf-side 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condominium which sleeps 8 and is located in the heart of Seagrove Beach just steps to the private beach along 30A.

The ground floor with private garage entry leads upstairs to the fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, 1/2 bath, and laundry room (full size washer/dryer) overlooking the tropical style pool. The living room has a 50" flat-screen TV, DVD player, board games, and comfortable seating for the entire family to enjoy making memories together.

The 3rd floor master bedroom boasts a spa-inspired bath with an oversized rain shower head, massaging jet sprays, and double sinks. The master suite is furnished with a comfy king size mattress, desk, TV, and a private balcony with ocean views. The 2nd bedroom hosts a queen bed as well as twin bunks, a walk-in closet, TV/DVD, and private bath.

An additional dual children's bunk area is in the hallway and completes the available sleeping quarters, all with custom bedding. Beach inspired décor is visible throughout the property.

On the south side of Highway 30A, in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach, this Gulf-front community offers a large sunny pool and private gated beach entrance. You'll enjoy swift access to the white sandy beaches and turquoise waters. The 19-mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of the Highway 30A is conveniently located in front of this complex. The property is centrally positioned and close to everything. A Publix grocery store is approximately 2 miles away, and a Tom Thumb gas station is within walking distance. This family friendly complex is very close to some of the area’s most popular state parks, as well.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests.?For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
