We stayed at Crow's Nest for the month of February 2024 and were very happy with beautiful home and the lovely neighborhood. What a great spot and so close to the beach and great restaurants. We really loved the beautiful decor inside the Crow's Nest & the front porch was so relaxing to have our morning coffee.

The rental was just like the pictures. There were really nice beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, and a cart, everything you need for the beach. It was clean and had all the essentials. We had a great vacation!!

The Crow's Nest was the perfect beach vacation house. Relaxing and peaceful. The front porch was a favorite morning coffee activity and nice evening gathering space. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Lovely decor and comfortable beds. The stroll to the beach or pool were easy and relaxing as well like taking a walk through one's own neighborhood!

It is a wonderful place! We would definitely stay again. I do want to mention that they need a larger pan to cook. I had to use their 3 small frying pans simultaneously to cook a meal for 7 that could easily be cooked with one larger one. Also, their can opener does not work. (This is little stuff but would be a huge help). Everything else in the home was lovely and so well thought out. We enjoyed every minute of their beautiful vacation home!!

Crows Nest - Fall 2021

There were six of us. We were there for 3 nights. Weather was good. Neighborhood nice, house very inviting and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the neighbors go by walking their dogs.

Quite and screen

The location was wonderful! Close to shops and restaurants and of course the beach. The community is sweet and kind. The area is super quite and the owners lovely! however the only downfall are the beds. Downstairs Master is as hard as a rock. My husband and I both struggled to sleep and finally the last few nights I thought of tripling the covers of the two downstairs bedspreads and using blankets from the living room as covers. This worked a bit better. However, all in all it was awesome.

Comfortable Crow's Nest

We are a growing all adult family with no small children on the horizon. Therefore, the number one reason I chose the Crow's Nest was the 4 bedrooms with no bunks. (Hard to find) The beds were comfortable and the master on the main was perfect. Our guests fully enjoyed the private outdoor spaces off the two bedrooms, and we corporately loved the front porch for morning coffee and afternoon tea. Cooking in was fantastic with plentiful pots, pans and utensils. The pantry and closets are huge! Temporary storage for 6 people was no problem. We were disappointed that one of our guests in the downstairs bedroom did not have her own private bathroom, but we worked it out with teamwork.
With over twenty years of vacations in Seagrove, this is our second stay in Cassine Village and we love the neighborhood. The short walk/bike ride to the beach is perfect for our family. We also walked to Cafe Thirty A for a special dinner treat. The girls walked to our pedicure appointment at Andy's Nails. Superb! It was a glorious week nesting at The Crow's Nest. Thank you!

Our family vacation at The Crow’s Nest was wonderful! The owners had everything we needed for our family of 6 adults and an infant. The neighborhood is lovely and the short walk to the beach is made even easier with a wagon provided by the owners. When searching for a beach home rental, we found many homes with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms we needed. But the open kitchen and living area at The Crow’s Nest made it the perfect choice for us. So many beach homes only have one couch and a couple of uncomfortable looking chairs. We all loved being able to sit together at the table or in the living area with two couches and two recliners! We chose to prepare dinner and eat in several nights during our stay and the outdoor patio with gas grill was perfect for that. There are just so many amenities to love about this house! Everything about it made for such a comfortable family vacation. Definitely recommend!

Crow’s Nest is an excellent, family-friendly choice along Hwy 30A!

The Crow’s Nest is our new favorite! We have been renting vacation homes along Hwy 30A for over 12 years, and the Crow’s Nest is among the best. It is clean and beautifully appointed with updated accessories, linens and furnishings – everything we needed for a restful vacation. The open, spacious kitchen, dining room and great room combination is perfect for gathering with friends and family but there is plenty of privacy as well with two bedrooms on the main floor and two upstairs. All of the bedrooms have extremely comfortable beds. The bedrooms downstairs are over-sized and have plenty of closet space with built-in shelving and drawers. Both have flat-screen TV’s. The master bath features two separate toilet areas, his and her vanities, large shower and garden tub.
Both of the bedrooms upstairs also have flat-screen TV’s and large, private baths. There is a beautiful, private deck adjacent to one of the bedrooms which we used for sunbathing and catching up on a few good books. We loved the covered front porch with its comfortable seating and ceiling fans - perfect for relaxing and enjoying the quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The circular drive provided plenty of off-the-street parking and gave us easy access to the house for unloading our luggage and groceries. Seaside is less than 2 miles away, and we enjoyed riding our bikes there for lunch and dinner. The beach access is an easy walk - about five minutes from the house. There are two neighborhood pools, both of which are approximately 100 yards from the house. All in all, Crow’s Nest is an excellent, family-friendly choice along Hwy 30A!

We were able to find the Crow's Nest in the 23rd hour of our vacation lodging search and were very lucky to say the least! The house is nestled nicely into a quiet subdivision in close proximity to an amazing beach. The home was accommodating to our needs and also went above and beyond our expectations. To say we were satisfied and happy is an understatement as we hope we have the option in the future to stay at the Crow's Nest again!

What a wonderful vacation house! Did not have the feel of a rental- more like we were home. Immaculately clean and very tastefully decorated. Had every amenity you could want. You won't regret staying here as it is walking distance to everything - the pool, the beach and several restaurants. Completely delightful!
