Cassine Gardens is a beautiful complex surrounded by nature in Seagrove Beach - a central location that puts you minutes from everything you want to do on your 30A vacation. Flamingo's Retreat (219) is a 2 bedroom / 1.5 bath townhome with close beach access and is just a few minutes from the community pool!

As soon as you enter, you're welcomed by an updated kitchen in bright whites and cool blues with stainless appliances and bar area seating for 2. For convenience, there's a powder room right off the front door. As you make your way into the home, you're welcomed into the open dining and entertaining area with comfortable seating and a large TV. Outside the living room, there is a screened-in patio, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. Here is where you'll also find the full-size washer and dryer.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. One equipped with a full bed plus a set of built-in bunks and the other with a king. The master bedroom has a peaceful private balcony. Both bedrooms share the hallway bathroom.

Head south out of the neighborhood, turning right onto Myrtle. Take this out to Highway 30A, and cross the road to the bike path. just west on 30A at Seagrove Place is your beach access.

CASSINE GARDENS
Cassine Gardens is a charming neighborhood in a natural setting. This property located in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach features on-site tennis courts, your choice of 2 pools, a nature trail through a native cypress forest, and a pond. Cassine Gardens is walking distance to most of Seagrove's restaurants, and a short bike ride to Seaside and all 30A has to offer. The beach access is just across Scenic 30A.

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
