The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom with a beautiful porcelain claw foot tub. The 2nd bedroom has a full bed and an attached bathroom with oversized shower. The fully stocked kitchen features a gas range plus a large island that opens into the comfortable and charming coastal style living room. Take advantage of grocery delivery from the Publix grocery store at WaterColor!

Enjoy the sunrise on the covered front porch or relax with a book on the screened-in back porch. The backyard has just undergone an amazing makeover that now includes a beautiful pergola to sit under and relax. (updated photos coming soon!) It also includes a gas grill, picnic table, cornhole and extra lawn chairs. During the spring months enjoy the intensely fragrant Jasmine vines, one of 30A's most prolific and favorite vines.

You're a short walk or bike ride to beach parking, beach access and the Gulf of Mexico! 30A offers miles of biking paths and hiking trails plus kayaking and paddle boarding on its beautiful coastal dune lakes.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
