Fantastic family vacation stay

We were searching the area for a condo for 6, including 4 teens. This was the perfect place that allowed easy come and go access to the beach, it's only about a mile down the road from Seaside and the kids rented bikes and were able to be somewhat free in the area to do whatever they wanted. The condo itself was very clean and quite spacious for basically 6 grown people. The AC worked fantastically as did all the other amenities. Communication with the rental company was great, easy to access, easy to find. Would definitely come back to this property again!

Beacons 4 is perfect for a stay in Seagrove Beach. The location was great. It’s on the beach! There are lots of restaurants and life around.

We had a great stay and want to thank you for being pet friendly. It is so hard to find a place that will allow you to bring your 4 legged family member. The view was fantastic. The condo was well equipped and clean. The white tile on the floor was a bit difficult on my OCD but there was a vacuum and a broom so all was good. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone that is traveling.

Wonderfully Relaxing Week

Just back from another wonderfully relaxing week at Beacons 4. The comfortable condo is our "go to happy place". From the fully stocked condo (the kitchen!!!) to the gorgeous view, it was a treat to find a six condo building along 30A over the water. Every time we stay there, the owners have upgraded something else. The condo is always clean and the management responsive to any question. So nice to have a reserved parking spot too plus four tvs in a three bedroom condo keeps everyone happy. The walkway down to the beach is well maintained but if sand is not your thing, every hour is a photo op from the balcony. Our only regret is not being able to get back to Beacons 4 far more often!

Had a wonderful trip. The only downside was that the unit came with a $126 beach gear rental credit, but set up was delegated to the County (a new thing) and they would not set up the chairs and umbrella in front of the rental property. That makes no sense. Next time I will bring my own chairs and umbrella.

Very nice rental. Dog friendly. 3-bedrooms and 3-baths. 2nd floor, FYI no elevator.
A lot of construction going on around condo. at the present time. Had no issues with parking 2nd car, probably because some units are weekly and even daily rentals.

As long time visitors to 30-A, it was a thrill to find a beautiful condo right on the beach that enabled us to bring our dog! It was impeccably clean, comfortable, and had the amazing views we travel to this area to see.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beacon 4. IF you are interested in an over decorated place with useless decor then this is not the place for you. Our rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. I appreciated the tiny labeled instructions that were placed throughout the unit to advise you on how to care for certain items as opposed to large management signs being posted. This made you forget that you were in a managed property and feel more like a friend’s home. Especially nice touches were the updated kitchen & baths. Including: space for pantry items, stemless wine glasses, extra glasses/dishes, and additional detergents & trash bags. Parking was not an issue. We had one vehicle and parked a rented golf cart behind it.

My family of 4 LOVES the views and the ammenities given at this condo. The quiet nature of the building and area enhance the tranquil color of the water. The outside balcony looking at the ocean puts all your negatives away and turns on the happy endorphins. I highly recommend Beacons!!!

Hey guys,
We got checked in yesterday afternoon. Just want to tell you the pictures on the internet just do not do this unit any justice. This view, as I sip my coffee, is AMAZING. We have stayed in 5 other pet friendly condos in this area. NONE of them have had this view and convenience to the beach. I think we have finally found our spot!
Thank you so much for understanding how important it is for our Military Vets to have their dog with them yet be able to stay Gulf front. Ours is a tiny little thing but he is a wonderful help to my husband!

Peaceful easy feeling

We loved this rental. I have to admit that we were a bit concerned that we would be too noisy for the unit as we were 6 adults celebrating a 30th birthday. However, not only did we not disturb our neighbors, we didn't hear them at all. So the place is well-insulated. The backyard is gorgeous, the balcony is beautiful, the beach is just a few steps away, and it's pet friendly. We had zero interaction with any kind of property management, which is the way I like it. We simply were given a door code and checked in/out from the app. The beach itself is pristine and not overcrowded, and the cool little town of Seaside is walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Would Rent Again!!

Beacons 4 was a fun option for us with 4 adults and 2-2yr olds. Phew what a trip. The balcony and view and breeze was a great tradeoff vs having a bottom floor unit. Property sits back off the water so the height made it possible to see the ocean well. Unit is well equipped and just needs some plastic ware for kids and it would be perfect. Would rent again for sure.

Beacons 4 was bright and sunny and welcoming. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. The view is lovely and we spent a lot of time on the balcony reading, relaxing and listening to the waves. Our stay was lovely and we would return.
A few things could be improved: 1) Include some simple light weight beach chairs to take down to the water 2) We needed better instructions for how to work the TV remote. All else was just great!

Our #1 Choice!

Pet friendly properties are few and far between in this area so I have tended to stick with one particular property, but for our last trip it wasn't available. I admit I was a little hesitant about Beacons 4, but I am so glad we took the chance. The location is perfect, about 1/2 way between Seagrove and Seaside right on 30A for easy access to everything. The unit has a great view of the beach. The layout is very nice with each bedroom having it's own bath, which allows for some privacy when necessary. It is tiled throughout with gives it a "beachy" feel (but if you have an older four legged friend, you will want to be aware of this). The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with every imaginable device and utensil you might need (and some I didn't recognize). It also has a small wine refrigerator which came in handy. Another nice touch is there are hooks everywhere!! These are great for hanging clothes, hats, dog leashes, etc. The unit also has an electronic lock on the front door, so you don't have to worry about losing the keys. The only complaint I had (which is really minor) is that I would have liked a bigger TV and a couple of more comfortable chairs in the living room. Beside that, we were very pleased and Beacons 4 will now be our #1 choice! Tom

We stayed at Beacons 4. While it is not a luxury property and clearly could use some updating and maintenance, we found it to be a great place. It's clean, comfortable, plenty of hot water, great fridge, well-stocked kitchen, tile floors, unbeatable beach access, and a great view of the water. We had one housecleaning issue and Garrett took care of it right away. We would definitely stay at Beacons 4 again.
