I love this place. This is my third time staying here and it is always perfect. I love that I can bring my dachshunds and the dog walk area is perfect. The condo is comfortable and perfect for one or two people. It was clean and had everything I needed. The people in the complex are friendly and nice. My favorite place to stay at the beach. It’s convenient to all the places I love to go eat and shop. I will definitely stay here again.

This is a great vacation rental. We had trouble with electric door lock. They helped us get in our rental and had it fixed in a timely manner. This is a quiet rental with close access to the beach.

A pleasant stay

The condo was clean and comfortable and the complex was a short walk to a beautiful beach. The only thing we did not like was the “private beach “ signs. This in no way affected our stay but we found it elitist and I’m not sure how the resorts get away with this. Also, being from Pennsylvania it was a bit disturbing to see few establishments with mask enforcement and most people not wearing masks. Again this has nothing to do with the property, which was fine.

The location of this space is amazing for the value. The beach is an easy walking distance and is beautiful and the area has so much to offer. The amenities were all that I needed and the setup was perfect for me. The floors could use new tiles as many were broken but it was something I eventually got used to. The only real hangup for me was the sheets on the bed-- they felt like sandpaper on my skin and I was thrilled to get back home for that reason. I would suggest bringing your own sheets if comfort is important to you at night!

The condo was very quaint for two people and a pup if you wanted to take your pet. Five minute walk to the beach,plenty of public space. Condo very clean and had a great pool.Great restuarants around. Fyi the washer and dryer are not in the condo but on the parking level. Also these units are three stories and have a elevator for fast access. That was great! On another note,I had an admistration inquiry I needed help on and Kristi West was so great to work with and helped me thru the process. She was so proffessional. I would recommend this property!!

Get away from COVID 2020

As an RN I had just spend the last 6wks working in Chicago. It was grueling. This little condo was a wonderful place to unwind and relax at my favorite part of the Emerald Coast! Maybe add a little info about parking,laundry & ice maker function-otherwise PERFECT! Thank u!!

Extended Vacay

We had stayed in another unit in May and fell in love with the area. The unit was only available for a couple of nights to extend our July 4th trip, so we booked it. We moved from another studio location to this one and FELL IN LOVE with this one. It was very comfortable, had everything you needed and clean. Booking again for longer in September and looking forward to the stay.

It was a very enjoyable stay, I could hear the waves from the condo and it was a very close flat walk to the beach. We needed maintenance and he was awesome (Scotty) ...Nice pool and elevator
