Great except for the pool. 5 of us came down with ear infections. Need to do a better job cleaning the pool

We’ve been staying at Beachcrest for 35+ years and It is our happy get away, place; always peaceful and calm with beautiful gulf views from balcony, living room & master bedroom! 803 certainly is one of our favorite units and beautifully and comfortably decorated. We especially enjoyed the double recliner! Kitchen was fully stocked and appliances & washer & dryer were very nice. Only complaint is that couch is very worn & sinks in, needs new couch. The bed & linens were extremely comfortable. Beach service was great as always! We plan to continue to return to our beloved Beachcrest again and again & will stay in 803 as often as is available.

Awesome beach view

Property's location on 30A and view from balcony were fantastic. Condo itself needs updating. Furniture, beds, bathrooms need some attention. Luckily we had great weather and did not spend much time in the condo. Balcony patio could use some furniture. It only had two plastic chairs(old and didn't look clean) and a bench that wasn't accessible because it was too wide for the balcony. Enjoy Beachcrest but may choose a different unit next time.

A Week at the Beach

Relaxed environment that gave us super easy access directly to the beach and pool. There were plenty of good quality restaurants close by and shopping at Seaside Beach and RoseMary Beach were both a big bonus. Overall everything good and we would come back.

A wonderful experience at Seagrove Beach

We had a great vacation. Our condo was very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Views were breathtaking. Access to beach with chairs waiting each day was nice. Great food every where we ate. Would definitely visit again.

We love staying at Beachcrest 803! It's such a nice, comfortable condo with the most beautiful view of the Gulf! The service at the Beach is amazing, and the front office very kind. In addition, so many, many restaurants are close to enjoy. I highly recommend Beachcrest 803! Great for a family getaway or a romantic stay for two!

We had a great stay! The beach was beautiful! The pool was heated and so clean! This was very family friendly. The location is great! So close to seaside and the Hub. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. I would absolutely come back again!!!

Fantastic vacation to end 2020!

We were thrilled with our stay at Benchmark properties. The condo was beautiful, tastefully decorated and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. It was amazing to wake up and drink my coffee on balcony overlooking the beach. Having private access to the beach and a nice heated outdoor pool was a wonderful bonus. We were able to rent bikes ahead of time, and they were delivered to the condo on the day we arrived. We had so much fun.

Beautiful Condo

This condo was beautiful, and met all of our needs perfectly!! We absolutely loved the view of the gorgeous beach, the sunrises and sunsets each day! With the 70 degree weather of November, we were able to crack the patio doors to listen to the ocean waves. If you don't like that white noise, just close the double pained beautiful doors and they block out all sound immediately!
All amenities exceeded our expectations!!
