Baum's Away on 30A! This beautiful 4 bed/3.5 bath vacation home sleeps up to 12 guests in the highly sought-after Magnolia Dune community in Seagrove Beach with views of the Gulf of Mexico! This home is a wonderful, family-friendly vacation rental that includes Gulf views and is steps from the generous community pool. Located just a short walk from the gorgeous, white-sanded beaches, you’re less than a 5-minute walk to the emerald water of Seagrove Beach for the beach vacation you've been needing!

Guests are greeted by a large, open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area that provide the perfect place to entertain, relax and enjoy time with loved ones. Guests can gather around the spacious living and kitchen or enjoy natures attractions on the back porch with additional seating. A gas grill is found on the back porch for any pit master in the group! Three king master bedrooms are found in the home, one on the first floor and the other two on the second. An additional private bedroom is located on the second floor along with a most convenient washer/dryer setup at the top of the stairs. The third floor has a bonus room with swivel chairs, wet bar, and TV. A large bunk room is just off the bonus room and sleeps 4 with a half bath.

This location is perfect for a wide range of events including couples retreats, family events, holidays, vacation reunions, church outings, or even friend or high school reunions. The whole family is sure to enjoy the 18+ mile path that stretches from Rosemary Beach, all the way to Dune Allen!

All around you will find an abundance of magnificent shops, restaurants, and activities all within walking distance, or a short drive to any of the surrounding communities. A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
