This beautiful Seagrove home is coastal chic and beautifully updated - putting you less than 2 minutes to the beach and you'll enjoy glimpses of the Gulf and Eastern Lake. The community pool is just a few steps out your front door. This home is spread over 4 stories with room for 20 guests. Perfect for multiple/multi-generational families on a 30A vacation.

1ST FLOOR
King bedroom with TV and private bathroom. This bedroom is separate from the main home, but accessible through covered stairs outside. There is also a game room in the garage with a TV, foosball, ping pong, and a large table for 8. This room is equipped with 3 extra large fans plus the garage door for air flow. The back door opens to a small patio where you'll find glimpses of the Gulf plus quick access to your private walkway to the beach.

2ND FLOOR
You'll find 1 of 2 living areas in the home plus 3 bedrooms (and 2 twin rollaway beds). There's a large sectional with plenty of seating. Enjoy balcony access if you want to get some fresh air. From here you'll realize just how close to the beach you are!

3RD FLOOR
The 3rd floor is the main living area of the home plus kitchen/dining with glimpses of the Gulf. There's seating for 12 at the table; 4 at the bar. The extras in this kitchen include a Crock-Pot, air fryer and blender. Right off the kitchen is the laundry room. The grill is outside on the balcony + a table for 6 and a lounge area perfect for sunrises and sunsets.

4TH FLOOR
The 4th floor is for the kids! Here you'll find room for 8 plus there's a cute reading nook and TV.

This home features a blue light system in the HVAC system - effectively sterilizing nearly 100% of germs, viruses, mold, bacteria & other harmful microorganisms as they pass through the system. We know you'll have a comfortable stay at A Lovely Day.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
1st Floor, Bedroom 1: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with dual sinks.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: Queen bed, TV.
In the closets on the 2nd Floor you'll also find 2 rollaway twin beds.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a hallway bath with tub/shower combo.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 4: King bed, balcony access. Private bathroom with dual vanities.
3rd Floor, Bedroom 5: King bed, TV. Large updated private bathroom with both double showers and sinks.
4th Floor, Bedroom 6: 3 twins + 3 twin trundles and additional queen bed (not pictured), TV.
The 4th Floor has a half bath plus there is a shared full bath on the 3rd Floor.

BEACH ACCESS
Out the back of the home, head west on Eastern Lake Rd .1 miles until your access, Ramsgate. You can also head east down Eastern Lake Rd to the Eastern Lake Beach Access.

DALTON PLACE
A stay in Dalton Place gives you quick beach access via Eastern Lake and Ramsgate. Finding the emerald waters of the Gulf is a breeze. You'll also have access to a community pool that sits just across Eastern Lake Road at Camelot Lane.

A starter kit of amenities is provided. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, & 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest & 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
