This unique property offers your family or travel group space for 16 guests and feels like a private resort! Centered around a private pool (with option to heat), 3 by the Sea features THREE KING SUITES, each with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a double queen bedroom, a bunk room and an additional queen bedroom. Enjoy spectacular views from the rooftop observation area, which is also delightful spot for sunset cocktails!

This multi-level, sprawling home has several living areas and plenty of space for everyone to find their own spot. Several bedrooms at 3 by the Sea are located on the ground floor level, so guests who prefer not to deal with stairs will have their pick!

Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 5: Queen bed, TV, private balcony. Private bathroom.
3rd Floor, Bedroom 6: King bed, TV, private balcony. Private bathroom.

BEACH ACCESS
3 by the Sea is just 4 houses away from the beach! Have your toes in the white sandy beaches in less than 3 minutes! Gardenia Beach access is the closest but there are several other public beach access points within a very quick walk.

FREE AMENITY CREDIT
Enjoy a free credit toward rental gear with each booking to use on various items such as bikes, beach bonfires, tours/experiences and much more! Credit amount varies based on the size of the property and the length of stay. Certain restrictions, exclusions and limitations apply.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
