Just out your back door, you will find a private boardwalk that leads you steps down to our pristine, white-sanded beaches. With your stay between March 1 and October 31 you'll receive complimentary beach chair service of 2 umbrellas and 4 chairs.

This property could not be in a more convenient location with just 6 miles separating it from Seaside, WaterColor, and Grayton, and only 1.6 miles from Rosemary and Alys Beach. If wanting to hop off the quaint communities that line 30A for a change of scenery, Destin, FL is only a short 40 minute drive to shopping & entertainment of all kinds. Panama City Beach, is only a short 15-minute drive to shopping, dining, and entertainment at Pier Park.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
