The Hidden Gem

The Hidden Gem is a 1-story home, located in the private, gated Treetop at Seacrest Beach community (guests enter at Hwy 98). You'll enjoy deeded beach access (with seasonal tram service) and a luxurious community pool. This secluded Seacrest neighborhood is nestled between Alys and Rosemary Beach, putting you within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants at these unique 30A communities.

The home has 5-bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and is 2.043 sq ft - more than enough room for the 18 guests it can accommodate. The whole main open concept area includes the living room/kitchen/dining room. There's no shortage of comfy spots in the living area in front of the giant 70” TV. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with high end professional quality appliances - it is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs.

Right off the living room is the large screened-in porch, the perfect place for entertaining. There's plenty of seating around the 60” TV, plus additional bar-top seating in front of the gas grill. When you're heading back from a day at the beach take advantage of the outdoor shower (with hot water!) to rinse of all that sand.

Bedroom 1: King bed, 40" TV. Private bath with walk-in shower.

Bedroom 4: King bed + twin-over-twin bunk bed, 40" TV. 
Bedroom 5: 4 sets of twin-over-twin bunks, 70" TV.
Bedrooms 4 & 5 share bathroom with dual sinks, tub/shower combo.

BEACH ACCESS
Enjoy FREE tram service (via the Seacrest Beach Tram) from March - October to (and from!) your beach access across 30A at Sunset Beach. Head to the designated tram pickup spot,. call for pickup and the tram should arrive within 15 minutes. It runs 7 days a week, starting at 9 AM with the last pickup from the beach at 5:30 PM.

TREETOP VILLAGE
Treetop Village at Seacrest Beach is a gated community with a gated guest entrance just off Highway 98 near at the Lofts of Seacrest Beach. Amenities include deeded beach access, shuttle service and community pool. This quaint, secluded neighborhood nestled between Alys and Rosemary Beach offers privacy and is walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.

FREE AMENITY CREDIT
Enjoy a free credit toward rental gear with each booking to use on various items such as bikes, beach bonfires, tours/experiences and much more! Credit amount varies based on the size of the property and the length of stay. Certain restrictions, exclusions and limitations apply.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
