Sand Cliffs 405 - Sunsets on the Bluff at Sand Cliffs

Sit on the balcony and listen to the crashing waves or even enjoy the views from the comfort of the sofa. Sand Cliffs 405 is a 4th floor unit with 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 guests.

The kitchen is generously sized with plenty of prep space for all your vacation meals and beach snacks. The master bedroom includes a king bed, TV and a private bathroom with large shower. The guest bedroom has 2 full beds and a TV. Plus the sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed.

There are no streets to cross, just walk down the stairs (or take the elevator!) and cross the lawn to the beach. Take advantage of the onsite tennis courts and the ability to rent bikes on property as well. Enjoy playing in the lush lawn of the property - it makes a great spot to enjoy a picnic while watching the waves roll in.

Located near all your favorite 30A communities like Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, and Seagrove Beach, you’ll have swift access to a variety of shopping and dining venues that are spread out along the Gulf Coast. The 19-mile paved bike path that parallels the entire length of the scenic highway 30A makes getting around easy.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
