You're going to love this "Porch Paradise" with endless amounts of outdoor relaxation and entertaining space. Soak up the sun at your private pool or relax in the covered screened-in porch with plenty of seating and even a ping-pong table.

The first floor of this home includes the massive screened in porch as well as a separate living area with laundry and a bunk room. This area also conveniently includes a full bathroom, perfect for rinsing off before splashing in the pool. This area can sleep up to 7.

Heading upstairs to the main level on the 2nd floor (accessible only via exterior stairs), you'll see even more outdoor areas for relaxation. Inside the living room opens to the beautiful kitchen. There is plenty of space to enjoy spending quality time together - resting up after a day at the beach, or digging into an amazing family meal. On this level you'll also find the other 3 bedrooms to sleep up to 6.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
1st Floor, Bedroom 1: Full-over-full bunk bed with twin trundle
There is also a queen sleeper sofa on the 1st floor.
Please note: the 1st and 2nd levels are not connected via interior stairs. There are stairs connecting them outside.
While this 1st level does have a portable A/C unit, there is no heat on this floor.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: King bed and private bathroom.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: Queen bed.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 4: Queen bed.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
