By The Wave is a beautiful home located in the Magnolia Cottages neighborhood within Seacrest Beach. At the front of this home is an amazing screened-in porch with plenty of seating for dining or just relaxing. Inside you'll find a cozy main living area with relaxed setup for easy entertaining. The kitchen, dining and living areas flow seamlessly together. Use the gas grill located at the back of the home to grill up some of your BBQ favorites.

The crisp white kitchen has everything you need to prepare both the coziest home-cooked meal and the quickest little beach snacks. 2 bedrooms are on the main floor and another bedroom is upstairs. Off this 2nd floor bedroom is a balcony where you're sure to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee. You'll be surrounded by nature with large mature trees and plenty of blue skies.

Bedroom 2, 1st Floor: Twin-over-twin bunk bed and full-over-full bunk bed, TV.

Head down Patina Blvd. and across 30A to the bike/walking path. Turn right and take this path to your beach access, Seabreeze.

The 19-mile paved bike path that parallels the entire length of the scenic highway 30A makes getting around easy.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
