The property was very nice, quiet, and clean. The only thing i didn’t like about the stay was when i arrived in town early, i had asked if it was possible to check in at 3pm instead of 4pm. I received the response that if the property was available by 3pm, we would be contacted and if so, we would have to pay a $70 something fee to go in an hour early.. then i was told when the house was ready, i would be contacted. We were never contacted on the house being ready so we just went in at 4pm...also, i called the property management company and left a voicemail that i did not receive a gate entry code. Nobody got back to me. Instead i had to go back through my emails to try and find it.

We are very sorry you were not able to access the property earlier. Sadly, we are not able to guarantee early check-in for any of our guests. If the property is ready before 4 pm CST, you will receive an automated text notifying you. Since you did not receive a text, the property was not able to be accessed till 4pm. All codes needed for your stay are sent via text the morning of guest arrival. The text sent to you the morning of your arrival has a link which shows you the gate entry code. We are very sorry for any hiccups you experienced during your trip and hope to have the opportunity to host you again here at Benchmark Management.

A nice and safe place to stay.

This was the first property we’ve rented that wasn’t directly on the beach or had private access. The walk to the beach was not a problem for me at 60+ years of age. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. The property was very nice and as listed. The A/C went out one night and the folks managing the property had the problem fixed very quickly. The repairman was very professional and nice. We will definitely consider this property for future visits to PCB. If you have small children, the gated complex seems very safe for them to play outside.
