This 4-bedroom home in South Prominence comfortably sleeps up to 12 Guests. 2 Resort Pools, Fitness Center, incredible dining/entertainment options - a stay in Prominence offers so many amenities and an incredible location.

The 1st floor of this home includes a beautiful modern open concept space - living, dining and kitchen flow into each other effortlessly. There is also a convenient ground floor master bedroom. The other bedrooms are upstairs on the 2nd Floor.

The large patio at the back of the home and the balcony offers incredible outdoor space for relaxation. Grab a book and a drink and relax in the Florida sunshine. Hollyday on 30A is an incredible home that is sure to check all the boxes for your family's 30A vacation.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
1st Floor, Bedroom 1: King bed, Smart TV and patio access. Private bathroom with dual sinks and large shower.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: King bed, Smart TV. Private bathroom with dual sinks and large rainfall head shower.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: Queen bed, TV and balcony access.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 4: Queen bed, TV and balcony access.
2nd Floor, Bunkroom: 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunks.
Bunkroom and Bedrooms 3 & 4 share 3 hallway bathrooms, both with tub/shower combo.

BEACH ACCESS
This home is just over 1 mile (about a 7-10 minute bike ride) to the closest beach access at Gulf Lakes or Deer Lake State Park.

PROMINENCE
With a stay in Prominence you're less than 1 mile from the beautiful emerald waters and white sandy beaches on 30A – you can walk or bike. If you seek great food, shopping, live entertainment, outdoor movie nights, and sporting events on the jumbo screen, you’ll love The Big Chill (formerly The Hub) – a one-of-a-kind hotspot. Everything you can enjoy at The Big Chill is just directly across 30A.

With all the available space and wonderful amenities that the community of Prominence has to offer, you and your guests are sure to have a stay to remember. The neighborhood has two 5,000 sq. ft. pools that include plenty of cabanas and lounge chairs, plus outdoor grills with a dining area located poolside. And if you're looking to keep up with your workout routine, there is a fitness center.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
