We rented this house for the month of February. The layout is awesome! There is plenty of privacy for people in the house to have their own bedroom/bathroom set-ups. Two living room spaces (3 if you include the outdoor tv area) are perfect! The kitchen is well stocked. The property is clean and the beds are comfortable! The location is awesome! Two blocks to the beach, very walkable! There is also an awesome golf cart! Plenty of restaurants in the area. We heated the pool and that was awesome too! The management company was very responsive for any questions. I would stay here again!

Nice House, Great Stay!

The house is nice and well stocked with everything you need for the house, beach and pool. The house could use a coat of paint on the trim inside and out, but is decorated well with substantial funiture and easy access to the beach. The pool and outdoor area is wonderful and provides a nice change from beach or a place to hang on cloudy/rainy day. Not sure what others experienced, but our family had a great stay!
