You'll be in easy biking distance to South Walton beaches, 1/2 mile from the Inlet Beach Access. This large beach access also has several parking spots available. The 1st floor of this home includes the main living area that opens to both the kitchen and dining area. The comfortable chaise sofa frames the large TV, perfect for a movie night. This home features beautiful artwork throughout and amazing spa finishes in the bathrooms.

Both bedrooms on the 2nd floor feature private bathrooms. There's also a wonderful balcony on this level - a perfect spot to enjoy your coffee and grab some sunshine. The 3rd floor is a great space for the kids with bunk beds, a large TV plus a seating area. Rosemary Retreat is a true gem in Inlet Beach.

THE IVY AT INLET BEACH
The pedestrian walkway under Highway 98 is currently under construction and is scheduled to be completed in 2023. This walkway will make access to the beach and surrounding area a breeze. Community Pool coming soon, however exact timing for completion is unknown. Inlet Beach is growing - there may be general construction in the neighboring area as new homes are being built.

INLET BEACH & 30A AREA
The shops and dining of 30Avenue and Rosemary Beach are each less than a mile away. Grab a famous 30A breakfast at The Donut Hole. Enjoy lunch at Goatfeather's 30Avenue. Dinner? So many choices! Less than 1.5 miles way is Camp St. Helen State Park. The park is a great fishing spot and has numerous nature trails for hiking. Head to the beach for swimming or kayaking. Only 10 miles away in Panama City Beach is Pier Park Mall – with over 125 stores & restaurants, an IMAX theatre. Russell-Fields Pier goes 1500 feet out into the Gulf for walking or fishing.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
