With 6 bedrooms, 6 full baths, 2 half baths, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens, this home comfortably sleeps 20 people spread over the 2 wings of the house. Perfect for family reunions or couples travelling together, this home lets everyone spread out or gather together. Gulf views from the top 3 floors including the amazing roof deck. This home offers a Sonos music system, TVs in every room and wireless internet. The huge pool is the largest private pool in the area, measuring 30x15 + 11x18, and includes a poolside kitchen and a beach volleyball court. The pool can be heated for an additional fee. There is even an elevator, meaning accessibility for all.

MAIN HOUSE
1st Floor: King bedroom with TV, private shower bath. Bedroom with 2 twins and TV (feel free to move the beds together to act as a king!). Hall shower bath.

2nd Floor: Large king master bedroom has a private balcony outfitted with cocktail table and barstools as well as a large private master bath with dual vanity, soaking tub, and marble shower. Laundry room with front loading washer and dryer. Hall shower bath. Bedroom with queen-over-queen bunk as well as a separate queen bed. Off the 2nd floor landing is a porch overlooking the pool.

3rd Floor: The main living area, dining room, and kitchen are on this floor to offer the best Gulf views. The comfortable living area has a sectional sofa with lounger, love seat, side chair and large TV. The dining table seats 10. Open concept kitchen has a breakfast bar and stainless appliances by Thermador and KitchenAid. Powder room. Balcony off living area has outdoor dining and a built-in cushioned settee that can be made into a lounging area. Amazing Gulf views!

Roof Deck: This is the pinnacle of the home and offers views over all of the other homes towards the beach and Gulf as well as nearby Rosemary Beach. There is a wet bar with mini fridge and TV, flying bed for relaxing in the breezes, built-in booth with cushions and all-weather wicker chairs and cocktail height table with 4 chairs. Great place to relax and toast the sunrise or the sunset.

WEST WING
1st Floor: Adjacent to the pool, accessed either from the pool area or from a side door. Living area overlooks pool through the wall of sliding glass doors and features a queen sleeper sofa, 75” LED TV and a Blu-ray. The kitchen has smaller sized stainless appliances. Powder room. Additional patio with outdoor dining table.

2nd Floor: King master bedroom has a private bath with dual vanity sinks and shower plus a private balcony. 2nd bedroom with queen-over-queen bunk. Hall shower bath. Laundry closet.

OUTSIDE
Huge heated pool with barstools in the water, swim-up bar and kitchenette with a sink, mini fridge, ice maker and TV. Gas fire pit. Surfboard shower. Beach volleyball court. Plenty of polywood loungers - the perfect spot to relax and soak up all that Florida sunshine.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
