We had a great time! The location is perfect! The views are beautiful! You can walk a few steps and you're in the sand.The rental could use some cosmetic attention. It has plenty of room for a family and kids would love it!

Best Location You Could Ask For

Want to wake up and walk right out to the water? Stay here. The condo was immaculate and all rooms were the same as advertised. Bathrooms are located on each level which was really convenient and we were never short on hot water for showers. Overall, this is a really great place to stay.
We did encounter a few things that were inconvenient but not impossible. For example, the exit gate from the property did not open without someone exiting the vehicle/walking outside, and entering the code from the outside. We had several people arriving at different times. The day before the arrival we called to ask about an early check-in. Mgt offered a substantial fee to do so. Sort of surprised we weren't offered an hour or two as a courtesy, but that was also just an inconvenience.
This is a great property for a vacation! In fact, someone stopped me on the beach to ask about rental because they thought it was much better than what they were renting down the beach.

Steps Away on 30A

We had a wonderful time at SeaHaunts and the location is steps away to the beach. The furniture is a bit cheap and does not feel very sturdy in the kitchen and patio, but otherwise, the unit was exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Area and Rental

We truly enjoyed our stay on 30A The condo did fit our needs. Liked the beach access and the pool was easy to get to. We would rent there again. Living area is small for our 12 person group. Loved the walking distance to restraunts and shops.

Great stay at 1A

We had a great time on our recent stay at SeaHaunts 1A. Everything was as described. The kitchen was very well stocked - more than any place we have ever stayed, so that was a bonus! It was stocked with plenty of bath towels, wash cloths,etc. The only issue we had was the Keurig coffee machine did not work. The mgmt company was contacted about it and they asked if we needed a coffee maker. We responded that we would like another keurig if possible (because we brought kcups), but the other coffee maker was working. We did not get a keurig replacement, so we went to the store and bought a bag of coffee - not a make or break situation at all. The location was great. We rented bikes with our rental credit and that was fun! Overall, a great rental.

What a view! SeaHaunts 1A is in a perfect location steps from the beach and pool. Condo is nicely furnished and could easily accommodate 10 -12 guests.
