This nearly 1400 sq. ft. property comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests plus there is a Pack 'n Play provided.

The expansive balcony provides for additional living space perfect for relaxing while admiring the emerald coast. Owner is consistently updating the property. Highlights include fresh, modern and quality furniture and décor, very comfortable orthopedic mattresses and new bedding + the owner provides 4 Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs and 2 Tommy Bahama 8-ft. beach umbrellas.

For entertainment, you'll love the 55" Smart TV in the living area plus a huge library of books and games. The well-equipped kitchen with new major appliances also includes a Vitamix Blender and both Keurig and regular coffeemakers.

San Remo is a gated complex in Blue Mountain Beach nestled amidst the natural vegetation that inhabits this area. The building overlooks the Gulf and a beautiful lake. Follow the boardwalk to the brilliant white sands and sparkling emerald waters. Start your day in the fitness facility or simply relax by the pool. The pool is heated seasonally and features lap lanes plus a spacious hot tub. Shopping and dining are less than a mile away at Gulf Place. If golf is your game, hit the links at nearby Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club.

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
