We had an amazing few days! House was beautiful and location was perfect! Short walk to the beach! Had an issue with the pool heating on arrival and someone presented within 30 minutes to fix the issue.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Easy walking distance to Blue Mountain Creamery, 38 yoga, Blue Mountain Bakery, blue Mabel restaurant. You cannot beat the backyard at this house and the beautiful landscaping around the pool.

This property was perfect for our family. The location was fantastic. Beach access was a short walk away, ice cream, coffee, restaurants all within a stone’s throw of the house. It was set back from the road and had a very private backyard. The kitchen was well-stocked (even had an Instant Pot) and spacious. The pool was on the small side which worked out well for our family trying to juggle multiple small children. My only complaint about the house would be that there are no closets in the bedrooms upstairs so it was tricky but not impossible to unpack. We had an issue with the pool during our stay and Benchmark was very responsive and had someone there within 2 hours to fix it. Overall very happy with our experience and would definitely stay here again!

Great location and short walk to the beach! Perfect for a family vacation with a bunch of littles. Only wish the pool area was a little more clean — tons of leaves and no broom to sweep the area.

2021 Spring Break

There are 11 of us. Adults, 39 to 70 years old, and 5 children all under 11 years of age. With a large group and differing personalities, this property with it's location to the beach and restaurants, proved to be a excellent choice for us. The pool was especially a hit with the kids.

Highly recommend! Easy walk to beach, well appointed home. Perfect for our family vacation. Only recommendation would be to spray outside prior to guests checking in due to mosquitoes, etc.

Petit Bonheur - Great time!

Great location! The walk to the beach is short, with lots of public access points to choose from. The layout is a bit quirky but worked for our two family party (a pocket door on downstairs bedroom/bathroom would go a long way for privacy). The bunk room has no storage/closet space (issue when a couple kids are put in there).
The house Lacked a few things you'd expect at this price point (gas tank was empty, we had to go fill it up). The outdoor space could use some cleaning up, but it is private. Bring mosquito spray (and some candles). Overall good experience and would consider renting again.

We had a lovely week of vacation amid the changing times with the Covid19 virus. The accommodations allowed us to stay at home, prepare all our meals and enjoy some time together inside and out by the pool. The home is lovely and spacious. Lots of places to go to get away from the rest of the group. Love the large living/dining space and the large kitchen. We were just a quick walk to the beach with two quick access points.

Everyone LOVED this house

My entire family of 9 Adults and 2 children all commented many times on how great this house was! We’ve stayed at many vacation homes and this was everyone’s favorite so far, even though we had to walk down the street to the beach!
The kitchen is well stocked, the furniture is beautiful, the bathrooms are great, there is plenty of room in the living room and dining room and the kitchen counter area was amazingly large and wonderful!
The lush landscape is lovely, the private pool ( though small) is nice with a great outdoor seating area, grill and outdoor shower.
We had no issues parking as we had 4 cars, and plenty of room.
The only disappointment was the size of the room with the bunk beds as we had adults staying in there. It is very small and there is no ceiling fan. We ask to have one brought for the floor and Benchmark brought one very quickly to us which was very much appreciated and made the stay in that room much better!

We enjoyed a weeks' vacation in this comfortable home with our three sons, two daughter-in-laws and five grandchildren. The house was very clean and comfortable and having the pool out back was a particular bonus, even though the pool cleaners could have done a better job cleaning the sides of the pool. The locked fence around the pool put us all at ease that none of our little ones could get to the pool unattended. Inside, we might recommend the owner put a runner of carpeting on the staircase as one of our sons slipped down the stairs with wet feet. Having said all that, we would definitely recommend the place to others and would ourselves return to rent it in the future. Property management were responsive to our call to put pads on the dining room chair feet so that the owner's hardwood floor would not get scratched and allowed us to enter the house earlier that 4 PM on the day of our arrival.
