#5 Try Something New
Your body responds in a whole different way when you throw something new at it. While you don’t want to spend your vacation so sore you can hardly walk, it is beneficial to challenge your body in unique ways. Yoga on the beach or on a Stand-Up paddle board can be intense training for balance. Beach Boot Camp is great for increasing strength and endurance. Find something you wouldn’t be able to do at home and experience a whole new way to exercise.
