Summer Fun at our Favorite 30A Beach Town - Seagrove, Florida

Powder white sand invites you to the beaches of Seagrove

Summer has officially arrived just in time for us to all get back to somewhat normal. Congratulations parents, you made it through homeschooling! You have earned yourself a beach vacation to our favorite spot on the Emerald Coast. 30A is made up of several beach towns all having unique personalities. Here are a few reasons why we love the little beach town of Seagrove.

Seagrove has a mile and a half of beach that encircles a small cove. A thick grove of windswept trees surrounds this fittingly named beach town. We love the “Old Florida” feel that embraces 30A vacation rentals in this part of town! It is surrounded by a green canopy of oaks, magnolias, hickories, and sand pines yet still exudes that Emerald Coast feel with powder white sand and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Paddle, Bike or Stroll your way through Seagrove. It offers a little something for everyone. Seagrove is home to Deer Lake State Park where summer wildflowers, plants and various species of birds and butterflies live alongside a rare coastal dune lake. Take in the scenes as you stroll the 1.5-mile loop trail, paddle across Eastern Lake or bike along the Timpoochee Trail. You will love exploring Seagrove and enjoying nature at its best!

For many, staying in Seagrove is carrying on a family tradition. This would of course include a trip to Seagrove Village Market Café. Dating all the way back to 1949, generations of guests return year after year to dine on delicious seafood. They are famous for the deep-fried grouper platter served with hushpuppies and BBQ Shrimp & Grits with a side of fried green tomatoes. Now that is some good eating!

Snuggle up in a charming Florida beach house just minutes away from Seaside, Watercolor and Rosemary Beach. Plan your stay in a Seagrove Vacation Rental now! Whether it is an old family tradition, or you are starting a new, you will love staying on this part of 30A!
