What to Pack for Your 30A Beach Trip

Are you ready for your beach vacation? Summer vacation is about to begin and many families will be heading to their favorite beach. The beaches of the Emerald Coast are some of the best in the country so we expect to see a lot of visitors. If you are heading to the beach this summer, here are a few essentials you don’t want to forget.

Sunscreen is the most important thing you’ll need at the beach. The American Academy of Dermatology recommends everyone use sunscreen that offers broad-spectrum protection against UVA and UVB rays. When you’ll be spending the day at the beach, go for the water-resistant sunscreen and apply often. Set up an umbrella for some shade during the hottest part of the day and cool off.

You’ll be sure to make wonderful memories that you won’t want to forget. Pack cameras, batteries, and chargers so you can get some good footage of your beach getaway. You can also invest in some waterproof cases for your phone or camera which you’ll want to have when you spot dolphins, sea turtles, or colorful fish in the water.
