30A Songwriters Festival

South Walton will be full of song on January 15th through the 17th, 2016 at the 7th Annual 30A Songwriters Festival! Headline performances from esteemed writers who perform their own music and performers who write their own songs will take place in various venues along Scenic Highway 30A. This three day festival with a mix of music styles will attract music lovers from all over!

An impressive line-up of performers as well as venues has been released. Jackson Browne, Grace Potter, Shovels & Rope and Wine, Women & Song featuring Matraca Berg, Suzy Bogguss & Gretchen Peters, to name a few, have recently been confirmed. The leading performance from Jackson Brown, who was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004 and the Songwriter’s Hall of Fame in 2007, will take place on Saturday afternoon, January 16th.  

South Walton’s favorite spots will be transformed into rare rhythmic settings. Amphitheaters, town halls, restaurants, theaters, bars and covered patios will be rearranged to hold 75 to 400 attendees indoors to 4,000 outdoors. Festival passes are now available and can be purchased online as well as locally at the Cultural Arts Alliance office and at Central Square Records in Seaside.  

For a more intimate, informal setting, VIP dinner passes are available on Saturday and Sunday. This includes four courses created by award-winning chefs as well as wine pairings with a special musical guest. VIP tickets for Grand Boulevard are also available. These include premium seating on the lawn and access to the VIP tent which will serve complementary lunch, beer, wine and cocktails.
